For 2 years, Wang tried gain ownership of a property I purchased before I met her. She even declared under oath in the US that the property was mine and she had nothing to do with it. Then in 2015, she changed her story. The judge saw the truth and ordered Wang's name removed and for her to pay me $18,000 toward my legal fees. I have to thank the Wong family in Singapore for providing the funds. This order explains it all.
In the previous post, one can see in Wang's Affidavit that she suffered during the bigamous marriage while in the Affdavit to grab ownership of the property, the marriage was a loving and caring relationship. How she sign both Affidavits under oath and not get charged with perjury is incredible.

Yuxin Mei Wang's changing stories in sworn Affidavits
It is incredible that Wang continues to change her stories about the bigamous marriage, reasons she kidnapped the boys to Singapore, etc. Read these Affidavits, especially the highlighted paragraphs and see for yourself.

Felon Yuxin Mei Wang and Jan25 Executive Order
Convicted Felon Yuxin Mei Wang was served a DHS ICE Notice to Appear for immigration fraud but now has her removal cancelled after 4 years of Immigration Court hearings. What about the Jan25, 2017 Executive Order enhancing public safety in the interior of the United States? Priorities for removal are those aliens charged/convicted of a crime and those described by Congress in INA Section 212 (a)(6)(C).

Singapore Consulate will still issue new passports to children already abducted to Singapore once
Singapore will still issue new passports to children already abducted to Singapore (and returned to the US).
Hello and here is an update on Christopher and William Ko who were abducted to Singapore but returned after 18 months.
Their mother Yu Xin Mei Wang has gone back to court with a new motion to allow her to have unsupervised visitation outside of a visitation center, include her Singapore relatives in visitation, and allow her to have the children's school, medical and dental records.
Attached are 2 emails from Ms. Janet Phua at the Singapore Consulate in San Francisco that the Taking Parent provided to the Court : (https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B6ksaaz0ppEyUkY1TGNaXzVQMmc/edit?usp=sharing ). The Singapore Consulate knows about the abduction and return of the children from Singapore yet they confirm to the mother that she can still renew or apply for new passports for the children. Seems like child abduction prevention is not important.
Then they add that there is nothing they can do to deny the boys passports as they are "entitled." That is what another Consular staff Lea Chan told me in Sep2009 when we were looking for the boys and found out they had new Singapore passports. Lea Chan told me the same thing: "they are entitled to Singapore passports" and US laws on dual parental consent does not apply to them.
Now that they know the boys' country of habitual residence is the US one would think they would commit to not issuing new passports for the boys. Just incredible.
NCMEC provided me an updated Affidavit on abduction risks and stated that Singapore is now part of the Hague Convention since May 2012 but there are still 4 cases of children abducted to Singapore that are more than 2 years old where the children have not been returned.
Send the Singapore Consulate an email and ask them why they will still issue passports to children already abducted once using Singapore passports!
Singapore must take child abduction seriously and consider it a crime. Singapore always tells other nations they don't have to agree with their laws but only have to respect them. Well, it goes both ways.

Singapore Consulate SFO Mr. Chin
On July 20th, Yuxin Mei Wang was released from jail in Los Angeles. She immediately went to the hearing in Family Court. Accompanying her was a Singapore consular officer named Chin who flew down from San Francisco. He introduced himself to the Minor's Counsel and my attorney. I reminded Mr. Chin that if the Singapore Consulate had better controls over passport issuance, we would not be here today. He walked away. I guess I would have too if I were him. How embarrassing that Lea Chan from the Consulate did not know for 5 days that her office had issued passports for my children back in July 2009.
I also want to remind Mr. Chin that back in 1994, US-Singapore relations was at its lowest point because Singapore rejected President Clinton's and 24 US Senators' appeal to spare the caning Michael Faye. At that time, which was very well reported in the Straits Times, Singapore asked the US to respect the laws of Singapore. The US does not have to agree with the laws of Singapore but it should respect it. Prof Chan should know this well.
Fast forward 15 years to 2009, same can be said the other way around Mr. Chin. Singapore does not have to agree with the US that kidnapping of a child is a crime, but it should respect the US law that it is a crime. Wang was arrested and sentenced to jail because kidnapping is a crime in the US. No need to agree, but please respect our laws and not provide safe-haven to an internationally wanted criminal.
Now, Wang's sister June Wong is complaining about court judgement issued in Singapore. Go figure.
